Successful Garden

Hello Everyone,


We are about to go into a new year 2010. Let us be found faithful to plant a successful garden for the Lord.
First, plant five rows of peas:
Presence.
Promptness.
Preparation.
Purity.
Perseverance.
Next to these plant three rows of squash:
Squash gossip.
Squash criticism.
Squash indifference.
No garden is complete without turnips:
Turn up for the meetings.
Turn up with a smile.
Turn up with new ideas.
Turn up with determination to make everything count for something good and worthwhile.

"And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ." 2 Peter 1:5-8
