In the course of time, if you live long enough, you will be hurt by another. And many times it will be a friend. The hurt can be by a misunderstanding, and accident or by bad choices. None the less the hurt is real. It is then that you have to pick yourself up and learn to forgive. Yes, it is not going to be easy. But with Christ you can do it. Many times they don’t know what they do.
“Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.” Luke 23:34
