Leadership is the ability to put the plans into practice, and to accomplish the objectives through people. There is why we are in need of good leaders. One who is capable of making good decisions, even under pressure or in conditions of uncertainty; one who can guide people through actions not with just words.
“Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” Matthew 15:14
